Design Challenge
The Brief
The site is narrow and elongated, requiring a strategy that maintains privacy from neighbouring properties while opening the interior to the sky and garden.
Design Concept
The Idea
The villa is conceived as a series of pavilions arranged around a central courtyard, each oriented to capture prevailing breezes and garden views. The courtyard serves as the spatial and emotional heart of the house.
